delivery routing, nearby services, and delivery status updates.

proof of delivery, documents, or profile pictures.

Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party providers such as
Stripe and SSLCommerz. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Device type, operating system version, IP address, app version,
mobile network, crash logs, analytics data, and unique device identifiers
(including advertising or device IDs).

Device identifiers and notification tokens used to send delivery updates,
promotional notifications, and service alerts.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information for purposes including:
- Providing and maintaining ASH-Parcel services.

5. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.
To request account deletion, users may:
- Use the in-app account deletion option (if available), or

When a deletion request is received:
- User profile and authentication data are deleted.
- Uploaded images and parcel-related personal data are deleted.
- Notification tokens and associated device identifiers are removed.
Certain information may be retained temporarily for:
- Legal obligations
- Fraud prevention
- Financial and transaction recordkeeping
- Security and dispute resolution
Retained data is generally deleted within 90 days unless a longer retention period
is required by law.
6. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards
to protect user data. All sensitive information is encrypted during transmission
using secure HTTPS/TLS protocols.
However, no electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure,
and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
ASH-Parcel is not directed toward children under the age of 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
